Eurochild and UNICEF publication aims to enhance a European debate on children’s rights by gathering a wide range of European voices
The publication "Realising the rights of every child – moving forward with the EU" highlights the current and future role of the EU in realising children’s rights across internal and external policy and action.
It features a selection of articles from stakeholders working inside EU institutions or representing organisations working for children. The prefaces were written by Viviane Reding, European Commissioner for Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship and European Commission Vice-President; Roberta Angelilli, Italian Member of the European Parliament and Vice-President of the European Parliament and Kristalina Georgieva, European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response.
The publication aims to enhance a European debate on children’s rights by gathering a wide range of European voices and demonstrates the commitment of institutional and civil society actors to strengthening the EU Action on Children’s rights.
