Denmark - Country Profile on the European Semester

The government provided financial aid for civil society organisations working with children in vulnerable situations. Additional student
loans were made available and the period that unemployment benefits could be paid was extended by two months. Children and families had to face numerous challenges including unemployment and a lack of adequate equipment for home schooling such as computers and Wi-Fi connection.
