Eurochild Code of Ethics

Adopted by the General Assembly on 17 June 2021 and updated on 28 May 2026.

Every day, we at Eurochild strive to promote the rights and well-being of children and young people across Europe. To realise our vision of a society where children and young people can grow up as happy, healthy, confident and respected individuals, we engage in advocacy, membership exchange and research.

This Code of Ethics reflects our core principles and values that we wish to embody as an organisation. As such, our organisation is rights-based, membership-driven, learning-oriented, based on partnership and empowering. In order to achieve our Purpose, we attach special importance to the 7 Core Ethical Principles detailed in the Code.
