Embedding a child participation culture at local level: Final conference for the Child Citizens project
On 15 April, Eurochild, together with our member CSAGYI – the Child Family Youth Association, and local partners are hosting the closing conference of the Child Citizens Project, the Józsefváros Municipality of Budapest Children and Youth Participation Programme. The conference takes place in person at the H13 Kultpont Centre in Józsefváros, Budapest.
The conference will be an exciting chance for children and adults to come together to reflect and share on best practices to embed child participation at local level in this project.
The project partners and invited international guests will share reflections on embedding child participation at local, national, and European levels, and a series of good practice workshops will be held to share attendees’ expertise, showcase local child participation practices, and launch a new Handbook on Child Participation in Hungary, developed by CSAGYI.
Attendance is open to Eurochild members both in Hungary and further afield, however the project partners unfortunately cannot provide funding to attend the conference.
