Czechia - Country Profile on the European Semester and COVID-19 crisis

Home schooling is an important problem to address because online lessons and homework were not accessible to all the children. It proved to be especially difficult for families already experiencing poverty and social exclusion. Moreover, school tests raised serious difficulties, notably when preparing children for the test to get to secondary schools and for the high school graduation exam. Visits to children in hospitals or social facilities had to be banned or restricted. NGOs also daily face serious challenges due to the coronavirus.
