Youth Engagement Country Handbook 2014 - 2015

A brief guide to facilitate youth outreach and engagement in financial education and financial inclusion at the country level

The Child and Youth Finance International (CYFI) Secretariat has written this handbook as a guide to give countries an overview of the financial education and inclusion opportunities for their children and youth.

CYFI created this handbook to give the governmental, academic, civil society and other national stakeholders of individual countries a better understanding of the financial education and financial inclusion activities and events that are available for children and youth.

This handbook gives a number of ideas and suggestions on how to reach and engage the children and youth in your country on a national scale. It highlights a Youth Engagement Strategy which puts forward recommended steps to be taken in order for children and youth to have the opportunity to become more involved in fun and interactive ways.
